Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.
Eligibility
The product must be unused (where applicable).
Please note: Add-on credits are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@ltx23.app and include:
- Your account email address
- The reason for the refund
Review and Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the initial payment amount.
